LOL!  No, just pointing out that there are MANY restaurants that rarely get anything less than an "E".   In most cases, it is just as easy (and cheaper in the long run) to do something right as it is to do it wrong.  In fact, I believe most employees would rather do it right.  All they need is a little training.  If they are untrainable, then they have no business handling my food!
