Its sad we have to pay for homeowners and the neighborhood is starting to look trashy with weeds everywhere and trash cans everywhere.  It has come to my attention that the HOA does not do anything unless we notify them, which is something I will start doing.  If the neighboorhood is not clean, what is the point of an HOA anyway?
