Ok, we have neighbors who have a pool. They are not going to "open" it until June, in other words, they are not running the filtration system and they have no cover for it. We can not sit in our own back yard because we will be eaten alive by the out of control mosquito population!

We even have them in the house and I can't see spraying my kids with bug-off every day just to avoid west nile and maleria (sp)! So, what do we do about this? I mean from our balcony you can see the swarm just hovering above their pool. Isn't this some sort of health hazard? Besides, Maricopa has a big enough mosquito problem!!
