Not sure if everyone got the letter about the new strip mall/ shopping center that will be built on Allen Stephens.

Not sure but the meeting is tomorrow at pima butte at 6 i believe.

I got a letter stating that the area next to willow is being developed for commercial. They will be building a stripmall/ shopping center with in 300 ft of my house. I really dont care i just am not looking forward to the traffic this will create and i know my neighbors will lose thier view. I enjoy seeing the stars but with the parking lot lights will do away with this. In the letter it gave a rough draft of what the buildings will look like but doesnt state which way they will be facing. the drawings look nice.

We did not receive this either. Can you say who sent you the letter? I think we need to complain about the lack of notification.

It was from the Rose Law Group of scottsdale. the meeting is from 6 to 7 at pima butte elementary school in the library. the school is located at 42202 ranch el dorado. the guy that sent it to me is chris clonts. his email is cclonts@roselawgroup.com. the development they are gonna build is called stonegate Center. After looking at the drawings its looks the back of the buildings will be facing allen Stephens and looks like it will be from the new street "stonegate road" to the newest homes next to the feild. It looks like it will be like the Fry's parking lot. Hope to see you all there.

I did not receive that letter as well. It doesn't make sense that the back of the building would be facing Allan Stephens. Is there a website?

I went to it with 3 other people. All they had were plans of what it was going to look like. They also said they will be trying to rezone an area that is labeled as mulit person living. AKA apartments. But the way they stated it is from the Centex homes on AS parkway the city will settle for rezoning it insted of letting it sit there. Also they said it wont really be built until all the major stores are under contract. So it might not be built until the end of the year. so that means traffic will be horrible in out neighborhoods.

There are two intersections at Alan Stephens and Stonegate. One is by the Walmart across from the Richmond American homes and the other Alan Stephens and Stonegate is next to the Morrison Homes. Anyone know which they are talking about?
