Just an FYI to anyone taking riggs rd towards phoenix. I just came from work in s phx where they were closing the 51st end due to the wild fire, when I came by on 347 after taking the 10 around the riggs rd end was being closed.

Yeah, my wife was coming home from Glendale and found this out the hard way. No signs or anything. She was pissed.

I know the feeling, I did not know until I got to the unorganized directing of traffic at dobbins and 51st. The traffic guys had no clue how to direct the traffic flow. It took an extra 45 minutes going baseline to 10 due to construction on baseline making it one lane for alot of the distance.

Makes you wish there was a road from Estrella South over hill to 238. This could offer so much to the traffic through this place directed to up North.

It was still closed last night went I drove by about 10pm on the way home from work. Do not know about today.
