I'm normally don't care if someone's lawn is perfect but some homes in homestead are lookign bad. I'm tired of walkign around front yards who's bushes cover the sidewalk or whos grass is about four inches tall. If this are foreclosed homes its the HOA that needs to do this work.

I'm also really tired of vehicles parking on the sidewalk. Its getting to the point that I might start taking care of this issue (and trust me I can).

I just sent the HOA manager an email. It wasn't a very nice one either.
