i think, from what i have read on here, that the dirt lot that they fenced off is going to be the new library, so i'm not sure where it would be able to go.... but yes, a conveince store/gas station would be great to be able to hit in on the way out and not have to drive up to frys or cross the 347 for circle k for a quick stop.....
