 Alert | FYI in some other community blogs, people were confused about our private (for Cobblestone Farms Residents ONLY) pool, splash pad, and ramadas.
Unless there is a resident of Cobblestone Farms present with people using our facilities....they are trespassing.
And Dogs must be on leashes at all times:

County Ordinance #1007 Animal Care and Control---animals must be on leash.
Class Two Misdemeanor ARS (Arizona Revised Statute) 13-503 Criminal Trespassing
So regardless of what community you are in, keep your pets on a leash.
And in regards to Cobblestone Farms Splash Pad and Pool.....do not trespass. It is for Cobblestone Farms Residents Only.

Alert | I'm glad you posted this, I know for a fact other communites think our stuff is for them too. I can see the sales office now "now our community doesn't want to include any cool amenities, but CF down the street has a sweet splash pad that you can use!".

I think this is the one you're looking for:
13-1502. Criminal trespass in the third degree; classification
A. A person commits criminal trespass in the third degree by:
1. Knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully on any real property after a reasonable request to leave by the owner or any other person having lawful control over such property, or reasonable notice prohibiting entry.
2. Knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully on the right-of-way for tracks, or the storage or switching yards or rolling stock of a railroad company.
B. Criminal trespass in the third degree is a class 3 misdemeanor. | |
