Brent or one of his reps will be at the October 16th meeting to discuss the following:

What to do about the roundabouts? Are they round abouts?
Where's the signage for one way and do not enter and right only? If they were not constructed properly by Fulton and they are not technically round abouts then what are they and what can we do with them to make them safer? If they recommend turning these into T intersections---who foots the bill? etc

Additinally, I have asked them to investigate the road and signage going around the pool island, if you will.
I need them to verify that this was configured properly and all proper signage is up.

Finally, from the HOA board meeting last night, I have asked them to consider installing a left turn arrow on the 347/John Wayne Parkway at the entrance to Fulton Homes that is located by the Chase Bank.

Just wanted you all to know what's going on.....now we have to sit and wait....let the City do the research and get back to us at the October 16th HOA meeting.

Update: Brent wasn't able to make the meeting last night.
The good news is that ALL SIGNAGE has been completed for both roundabouts.
Additionally, the City was able to redo the signage around the pool.
All of this has been completed for several weeks.
AND--this didn't cost the Cobblestone Farms community one dime!
Whooopppeeeee!
