Ok...this may sound really stupid, but we CANNOT figure out how to get our lights on the outside of our garage on. When we first moved in back in Dec. 05 they lit up automatically on both sides of our garage at dusk. Quite a while back, they went out. I put brand new light bulbs in thinking they were burnt out. No luck. Is there something we need to do or a hidden box to regulate the lights? I have looked around the house but don't see one for lights. What does it look like? Does anyone out there in CF know????

It could be a breaker in the circiut breaker box or it could be the GFI (outlet in garage with a reset switch) or your light sensor is defective it is out side of your garage up by the top of the wall thats all I got for you hope it helps.

It could be the sensor, I've replaced 4 in the last few months for customers. Ace Carries them. Those lights are not on the GFCI circuit, only outlets are.

Well, we tried the circuit box and I just went out to the garage and hit the test and reset button in the garage. No luck. So it must be the light sensor???? Where exactly is it located and what does it look like? If it is defective, is there something I can buy at Home Depot or do I call Fulton Homes? I don't think it would be under warranty anymore.

The lights out front around the garage are on a solar cell.
There should be a panel/plate on the outside of your garage somewhere that collects the sun's energy during the day....then at night....the sensor knows it's dark and kicks the lights on automatically.
Make sure the little sensor on the side of your house doesn't have dust or debri covering it.

It should be located up high probably somewhere on the EAST side of your home....

Yes, they'll know what you need, It's about $9 and has good instructions included with it. Feel free to call me if you get hung up on it, I'm glad to help a neighbor and will be back in town Tuesday.
