 Alert | | So it has been a while scince we went to the park to play the one next to the pool. You know the one it usually has trash overflowing the refuse container. There was a plastic cake pan cover blocking the water from draining on the splashpad, gift wrap spread all over the place, and there was chicken bones lying in the playground area how disgusting. Maybe they should invest in larger trash recepticles scince they are always overflowing. What kind of farm animals have a party and don't pick up the trash afterwards. Whether you live somewhere or not respect for the community would be proper. Dig? | | | |

Alert | | when we had a party at the splashpad in april, I brought my own garbage bags and cans and took them all home with me. I didn't want to be a slob, or make someone else pick up my mess. More people should do this, IMHO | |

Alert | Trash pick up is twice a week for Cobblestone Farms....that includes the pool area and the common shared areas such as the ramadas. The problem that we experience is that the Ramadas are open to the public. They aren't locked down. And really, how can we ever lock them down????? Now, I'm not saying outsiders (folks not part of Cobblestone) are the ENTIRE problem.....heck let's not talk about problems...we all contribute to the problem....let's talk about solutions.
If you are going to use the common open facilities....and have a party there....a church gathering...a family get together...a high school reunion....then anticipate bringing additional trash bags. The one or two small trash cans that are there fill up fast and the trash pick up is only twice a week.
YZ Racer had a great idea....and I encourage others to think the same way.
