 Alert | Does the HOA seriously have nothing better to do than drive around and send idiotic messages in the mail???
Can you believe they sent a message regarding my satellite dish being over the fence line?? The funny thing is, I have to pay for cable that I dont use and now Im being dictated that I cant have satellite either!!
This HOA business can bite me, as soon as the market gets better, we are out of here!!
Are they morons? The satellite company places the dish where they see fit. My neighbors can build a god awful gazebo made out of concrete in their backyard and thats ok.
What about all the satellite dishes and swingsets that I can see that are all above the fence lines?
Hmm what about the grass that is knee deep on some peoples properties? I can go on forever about the so called violations that I see but better watch out for those satellite dishes, they have suoernatural powers that can zap you into oblivion!
The HOA is a ripoff and they can KISS MY ASS!!

Alert | join the club. i agree that our management company leaves a lot to be desired, but each HOA is very similar. unless you are lucky enough to find an older neighborhood without one, they are everywhere.

Alert | Once again, the HOA board...the people that you folks voted for....do NOT assess those fees.
We do have better things to do than to drive around and assess fees.
The management company does this: Renehan and Lepen. (R&L)
And from what I know and from what I personally feel, they are really good at doing that....and that only.
It takes them much too long to FIX PROBLEMS....and yet they have time to drive to Copa to assess weeds? trash cans? gravel size?
Oh but they won't drive to our community at night time to see what lights are out.....
They drive around during their work hours during the day to assess violators.....
I give up.
It's not the HOA that is out of control....it's the management company.
The HOA board votes on whether or not to waive or assess the fees that the management company brings to the table each meeting.
You folks run next year.
I'm not doing it.
I can bitch and moan as loud as I want and it seems that nothing is changing.
Do you know that R&L makes money off of each letter they send out to the homeowners? Do you know that they therefore make money of sending the letters out for trash can violations, weed violations, etc?????
It is to their advantage to keep writing those letters......
They don't make money off getting our property fixed in a timely fashion....
