Please note, the HOA Board has requested THREE QUOTES from the management company for a video surveillance system for the pool. More to come as this progresses.

Does Fulton pay HOA fee's for their completed specs?

I will check with the management company.
I believe they do have to pay but I will verify.

Sorry to learn that your dealings with Linda have not been pleasant. I, however, have lived here for over a year and wish the homeowners would come down harder in some cases! We all knew the "rules" before we signed the dotted line. I have neighbors who are renters and are letting the plants die off in the front yard, they have overgrown bushes that they never trim, they let trash lie in their front yard for days and could careless what the place look likes. They sit outside smoking cigarettes and throw their cigarette butts all over the street. The property owner will soon be sorry that they rented to these folks as soon as they learn what is going on. This is a beautiful community but lately there are signs to indicate it may not be so nice unless the HOA begins to hold all accountable for what is expected!

Come to the meeting tomorrow night.
Bring the addresses of the violators.
We can have the management company find out if they have already sent letters.
If not, one can be drawn up and sent.

while it sounds good, i've lived in gated communities, and there are other things to consider. to gate in CF, our HOA dues would have to go up. Why? because the city no longer maintains the streets in gated communities, it's up to the community. So if there are potholes or whathaveyou, the residents would have to eat that cost.

Finally an answers on whether or not Fulton pays HOA fees on properties they own which are not sold.

Got through to Rebecca again....I was re-reading this post and realized that Linda never got back to me on the original question.
So I called and got Rebecca.

She stated that Fulton DOES pay the HOA fees on the properties they own which have not sold.
