I bought one of the spec homes 7 months ago (after renting in this community for the last two years) and would like to add some tile.  After finally finding some in the same color at a supply house I found the dye lot was too different to match my existing.  My home sat here for almost two years before I bought it.

Anyway, if any of you are going to remove "16" Pantanal Taupe" from your home I would like to purchase about 60-70 sq. ft. of it.  I want to extend the dining area a little bit towards the living room.  Obviously I would be more than happy to help remove it too.

I don't know if this helps, but we found ourselves in a similar position.
My hubby's grandma owns a flooring business, we helped ourselves to some tile that she had left over from a job about 2 years previous. Turns out we miscalculated and needed more tile to complete the job, yeah, after we laid what we had The manuf of the tile had went out of business and we thought we were screwed. BUT we happened to be in Home Depot one day and thought a tile that we saw there was close, sure enough, a new company took over production and although the manuf, color name and SKU were different, it was the exact same tile.

So my point is, hehe, keep looking. It may turn up somewhere, scour the internet for tile and you might just find it under a different name/manuf/SKU.
