 Alert | the last time we tried to go to the pool, everything was filthy. garbage everywhere, someone had what looked like poo fight in the bathroom, it was nasty, so we turned right around and went home. haven't ventured back since.

The pool is coming around and things are MUCH better. I promise.
If you see issues...call the management company.....don't let them tell you they can't open work orders. Have them do it and get the work order number.

I was there on Memorial Day weekend and saw the mess in the women's restroom.
I called the management company to report a plumbing problem....they didn't escalate....so the plumbing and the poo wasn't cleaned up until TUESDAY after Memorial Day Weekend.
We are getting quotes on additional/bigger trash cans and also checking on the cost to have the trash removed more often than it has been.
Furthermore, we are looking into a new pool company who can keep on top of the pool and the work orders to fix the pool (tile/grout).
