Who in our elected board has the authority to request that common areas in the development have rock added?  So many of the common areas have so little rock left after several years of rain, etc. Just like with our front yards needing to have rock added/replaced after a few years, the same is true for the common areas. It sure would make things look a bit nicer in the neighborhood.
