 Alert | | I have a Pulte home. We moved here in '06. The toilet in the master bedroom is stopped up. Can you believe that? I have never heard of a new home not two years old, toilet gets clogged. We don't have any children that could have dropped something in the toilet, and I'm too old to use the feminine help-mates. I called Dan and he told me that is not unusual. So, neighbors, if you have children and your toilet won't flush, don't think that it's because your child put something in the toilet, that is not the case. We have a pulte home also, the yucca. We moved in in 05 and have had problems with the upstairs master toilet the whole time. They did come and fix something, but it is still a crappy flusher, to say the least. It's like it always only flushes half way. Everything takes at least 2 flushes to go down. Thanks for letting us know, now I know it isn't just in my head. | | | |

Alert | | We have only been in our house since August 2007..by December, my husband had to fix both toilets as they would not stop running after being flushed. In January we had our first backup in the master bathroom and we have no kids so I know nothing strange was dropped to cause the back-up. I hope that this happening in just the first few months isn't going to be an indicator of things (problems) yet to come.... | | | |

Alert | | The clogging is to to the toilet design itself. By law all new toilets are maufactured to be low flow "water savers". I doesn't seem to save water if you have to flush several times to get the job done though! | | | |

Alert | well i have a DR. Horton home and my toilets work for the most part but we do have issues with clogging toilets at times. Mainly it is with our little girl that poops out baseball sized ones and they get stuck. my advice is as follows.
* Prune juice
* Cucumbers
* Water softner (use the refund we get later to fund that project) | |
