Hello, to those of you who live in phase 3 I am going to ask a favor. If you see any trucks backed into homes under construction at night - please call the cops. There shouldn't be any sub-contractors working after dark, so if you see anyone in a home that you know is under construction, please call the police - especially if it is a weekend night. Appliances are walking away.

This happens at all construction sites and I wouldn't worry about your personal home because the people who take the appliances know the homes are unoccupied - usually the sub-contractors themselves who know what is in the houses - and they normally have a key. Thanks for your help.

FYI homeowners in phase 3:

1.) you are not allowed to park in your front yard - even if you don't have front yard landscaping

2.) you are not allowed to park U-haul sized trucks near your house - even if they are for work or for sale

3.) lawnmowers should be stored in your backyard

4.) parking on the street shouldn't be a daily routine

Trash cans can't be stored in the driveway also, correct?

Welfare's purpose should be to eliminate, as far as possible, the need for its own existence.

Correct, trash cans can not be stored on the driveway or anywhere in the front yard. Trash cans must be stored behind your gate or in the garage.

Please don't tell me you're guilty of this? <img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/biggrin.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Big Grin' align='absmiddle'>

I think I am one of the few that aren't guilty of this. I don't think most people know they can't store the cans in sight. Once they get the first warning letters maybe it will change <img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'>
