Told ya, It looks like they just dumped out a can of epoxy and left it. They will be hearing from me tomorrow personally. I don't care if they have to hand chisel it off and redo it, I will not sign off on that poor craftsmanship. You should see this little wall in the kitchen, they attempted to make the fat corner of it smaller by driving 4 or 5 nails into the corner... I've got pictures of everything. Can't wait to be in though, less than two weeks!

So how many people showed up? Did you have enough food?

we had about 40 people, and MORE than enough food, it was great. Can't wait to do it again.

Glad to hear every had a great time and looks as if it was a big party. Hopefully we'll get to catch the next one. The community is starting to fill up and that will come with more activities, I've never done a block watch before but I'm willing to give it a try.

I would kinda like to wait until after the holidays, but then I am willing to hold another block party, and we can do it in front of my house. Plenty of space-we can always close down the road if we need. Then maybe we can do an initial block watch meeting at the same time. Seems like we have a lot of interest, so it should be easy enough with a lot of involvement.

Sounds good. Have you had your walk thru yet? I imagine it was yesterday or today. Your garage floor looks really good. I wish I would have bitched about mine. Oh well, the epoxy we put down looks pretty good.

No trash can yet. I will keep looking though.

Yea we had the walk through yesterday, and I gave them a list.. really the garage floor was the only issue. They did a very good job on the house and our super seems very diligent. The can actually came while we were there, but thanks for checking for me. We sign tomorrow... Can't wait to get in.

Is Steve your Customer Service Rep? I think he is. You will enjoy working with him. He is great to work with when you find the odd and end things at you can only find once you live in it.

Welcome neighbor!!!
