Alert | | Either side on Pulte or DR Horton...it is a really nice entrance but those sale signs need to go they are huge and hideous. Most homes are sold in that division they need to move the models and get that division changed to normal neighborhoods. I would love to see larger brick Senita signs like the ones further back so visitors know it is Senita. When the storm blew that one over I was exceited only to see it back up. Yick! I would hate to live there 10 years before it is done.

Alert | | There are still quite a few houses for sale in Phase III. Won't happen in 2007, and probably not in 2008.

Alert | | Yeah, don't expect those signs to go anywhere any time soon. The builders will not take those signs down until phase 3 is complete. The builders still need to advertise that they are open and the quicker the builders sell out, the quicker the signs will be gone.

Alert | | DR Horton's signs should probably be down by the end of the year. If not it will be early 2008. They are for the most part sold out, only a handful of lots left. Pulte however still has quite a bit left to sell. | | "Knowledge is often mistaken for intelligence. This is like mistaking a cup of milk for a cow." -- Unknown
