Alert | | Well I just moved in early September to Senita III and the taxes are literally "dirt cheap". At least for this year. This is because when the taxes were assessed, they were assessed for an empty dirt lot. They should go up next year or the year after. | |

Alert | | Taxes should be about 1.5% of the assessed value of your house. The county will let you know what your assessed value is. The county will mail your assessed value to you. You then get about 60 or 90 days to agree to the value or challenge their estimate. | | | |

Alert | | We just got our property tax bill and for a 3900 sq ft house the taxes are $2577.38 for the year. Which is actually less than 1% of the $258,972 assessed value of the property. | |

Alert | | First year is usually "dirt cheap." But your 2nd year will the amount of your house square footage (That's according to what most says here). I haven't received mine yet, but it should be "dirt cheap". | | | |
