Has anyone, in Senita III, seen our HOA Rep. patrolling our community yet. I just want to know so I could start violating before they start enforcing.

Ha Ha Ha. Just kidding!!! Seriously though, has anyone receive any HOA violation notice?

From the posts I have read on here I think the better question would be whether anyone has seen the HOA Rep patrolling in any of the phases of Senita.

Wait, what??? We have an HOA??? Who are these mysterious people? HA HA HA. Seriously though, has anyone received a first bill from them? I don't know who to contact or when my dues are due. And how do I get on the board?? My last HOA was ran by Nazi's and I want to get in on their good side this time around.

I haven't received mine, unless there's an invisible bill? I believe I'll get my bill when they send me pass due payment bill <img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/whistling.gif' height='20' width='20' title='Whistling' align='absmiddle'>

P.S.: You got my vote. Had it not been my crazy work schedule, then I would've given you a run for your money. Ha Ha, NOT!!!

Does anyone know who the Senita 3 rep is? I would like to get the contact info for our rep. Thanks!

If the wall they constructed is under 6 feet tall how can they enforce us from having anything behind the wall that shows over the wall?

It doesn't matter if your wall was 4' tall or 8' tall. The CC&R's say you can't put anything above wall height in your backyard without approval. What does a 6' wall have to do with anything? Your plot plan probably says 6'+- or 5'+- fence height. The +- means the fence might be higher or lower but approximately 5' or 6' in height.

I know this is an old posting but how come I have lived in Senita ph I now for two years and see violation after violation with parked vehicles/boats sitting beside houses that stick up way past the 6' wall? Our neighborhood doesnt even look like there is an HOA? I know Kriss, he drives a gold 4 door car and wears dark sunglasses. What has he been on a two month vacation? Our neighborhood looks like crap with overfilled garbage cans hanging around outside and washers infront of peoples homes. Not to mention the weeds and over grown grass hanging over into the streets. This is rediculous we even pay an HOA here. I saw Kriss patroling on mon. I tried calling Kriss last year concerning our neighborhood and had to leave numurous messages before he called me back. What a joke.

Kriss was just out patrolling Senita last week and wrote numerous violations. Home owners should be seeing letters soon if they are not abiding by the CC&R's.

Kriss always gives me a quick response if I e-mail him. It is krissl@ogdenre.com - try e-mailing him next time and maybe you will get a quicker response.

I have also dealt with Kriss via telephone and email and he was very open to hearing my concerns. I would suggest that if you see any violations that you send him an email with the address, the violation and the approximate amount of time that the home has been in violation. He responded very quickly to my emails and one of the two issues I emailed about was taken care of within a week...the other issue will probably take several letters from Kriss before the people actually care enough to take care of it and Kriss can't be faulted for that.

I think Kriss likes to respond by emails, I'm sure he's tired to hearing people complain and I don't blame him. Try to email him first, then follow up with a call.

I agree. Email Kriss the violators.

I really dont care if Kriss is tired of hearing complaints, it is his job! Whats funny is the calls I tried placing to him were not complaints, they were questions I had in regards to HOA. Believe me I know Kriss isnt responsible for how Homeowners treat there yard. C'mon. Kriss just needs to get his job done. Thanks for the email idea. Just thought the phone would be faster then email.
