I usually give people directions and when they are near they call me b/c they pass the division. I think we need lights to illuminate the Senita sign on both HoneycuttRd. and MCG Highway. What do you think?

I completely agree. Between the sign on Honeycutt being so far back plus not lit it's totally useless at night.

Good luck on that request with the city. But I do agree. I've given directions to friends/family members by telling them once they've approached the Shell gas station, then they should start looking to their left to see Honeycutt Rd...hahaha. I think our community will get some facelift once they start and finish that Santa Rosa Wash bridge, again, I think???

Sorry neighbors but it's not going to happen any time soon. What you see is what you get because the builder's are basically done with phase 1 and phase 2. If lights are going to be installed to make our Senita sign brighter at night then the future HOA members will have to get it approved with a majority of the home owners and then the city has to approve it. Senita is now in Mapquest, so have your friends Mapquest directions to your house.

Just an FYI: Senita I & II are on the map, but not Senita III.

Am I correct?

Correct. Phase 1 & Phase 2 are in mapquest, but not phase 3

What's up alanf - I can mapquest my address and when I zoom in, phase 2 streets are visible? Send your visitors to my house and I will forward them on to you. Tell them to bring me a 6 pack of beer for my efforts.

Hey reagdog, I beg to argue this one.

I stopped yesterday at the entrance and walked over to both Senita Signs at Maricopa Groves and Maricopa Ave (you know where that is :tongue. The sign on the DR Horton side has about 8 light on the ground (looks like somebody yanked them up) and they are wired. The sign on the Pulte side is wired and ready for lights. Take a walk over and look for yourself.

Kris Lindberg needs to get his booty out of Snotsdale and over to Senita. He also needs to get off his bike or out of his car and actually inspect what is reported to him.

Ogden is responsible for these lights, the improperly painted mailboxes, the crappy investors properties, and the perimeter of the subdivision (all the way around).

We as the homeowners are responsible to make sure that Ogden is using OUR money to upkeep our community and not just buy the VPs and Executives new sports cars.

Thank You for sharing the podium!!!

I didn't know it was already wired. Ogden needs to replace the lighting if it was ripped out of the ground or broken. I want to see the community look as good as everyone else. Ogden also needs to start making the landscaping company trim the lantanas around the neighborhood and re-plant dead plants too.

Lights were on last night. Both signs at Maricopa Groves and Maricopa Ave (was only the right side before).
I'm assuming that Reagdog was involved with calling out Ogden. Thanks buddy!!!

I just got word that the HOA should be installing lights on the phase 3 Senita sign in the near future. Let me know if it gets done so I can either thank Kriss at Ogden or remind him to get the lights installed. I'm guessing within a couple of weeks it should be done.

Hey Reagdog - how do you know so much about the HOA? Are you on the board? Do you know when/where the meetings are? I would love to participate in making our neighborbood great!!!

My identity and connections will forever be a secret! Only alanf knows that I really exist. No, I'm not on the HOA board and the builders are still in control of the HOA. I'm guessing that once phase 3 gets built out, the community will be turned over to the residents and the residents will have their own meetings/officers and control over the HOA without builder interference. To be honest, I have a good relationship with Kriss at Ogden.
