Alert | | After we move in I would like to get a boat... hence the big gate on the side yard. I was curious if anyone knows if the hoa will be a stickler if it sticks over the fence? | | All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. --Edmund Burke

Alert | If you lived across the street from me, I would report you. If I can't have my Travel Trailer, you can't have your boat!!!
It is against HOA rules for it to protude above the fence.
I would call Ogden mismanagement to verify before going to the Boat Show.

Alert | I feel for you. Lots of people have that double wide gate and nothing to put behind it due to the height requirement.
Good luck.. let us know how it goes... so we can sign up for the fishing trips.. lol
| | Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem. ______________________________________ *************************************** San Diego Super Chargers! GO!!! Joined old forum March 2006 Post count: 3068 + these | |

Alert | | Worst case I'll just get a short boat.... I want something to wakeboard and fish with. I have seen boats for that with a hull that looks just like a bass boat..... we'll see. I have seen a few people with them, i'm just curious if the HOA will be cool about it. Personally I think its a dumb rule. | | All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. --Edmund Burke
