Alert | Why are they calling both divisions Senita? They are seperated by the wash. Does anyone know if they are planning to connect the whole division? I would be nice to drive through both communities without leaving out. Maybe some grass to look at or a man-made lake with a bridge to drive or walk over.

Alert | | HA HA HA Let's worry about the graffiti and weeds before we ask them to actually spend money on something new. | | Just the good ol' boys, Never meanin' no harm, Beats all you've ever saw, been in trouble with the law since the day they was born.
Straight'nin' the curve, Flat'nin' the hills. Someday the moutain might get 'em, but the law never will.
Makin' their way, The only way they know how, That's just a little bit more than the law will allow.
Just good ol' boys, Wouldn't change if they could, Fightin' the system like a true modern day Robin Hood.

Alert | | Why wouldn't they call phase 3 (other side of wash) Senita? Same builders, same floor plans. Rancho El Dorado is separated by the wash and they only have one community name. No, the community is not going to connect Phase 1 & 2 with phase 3. There is no space allocated along the wash to build any such roads on the interior of the community. FYI, a bridge to go across the wash costs millions of dollars, and I don't think you want that built into your monthly HOA fee. If you wanted lakes and bridges and access to the entire community via 1 road, then you probably should have bought in a different neighborhood.

Alert | | It would be nice to have a walking bridge since it is not safe to walk either of the roads right now or anytime in the near future. | | *********************** Heat beats snow!!!

It would be nice to have walking paths/trails. However, with other problems needing attention more than walking trails, I don't see this being a reality anywhere in the future. Especially due to the cost of a bridge. Any other way would be dangerous with the wash. | | Welfare's purpose should be to eliminate, as far as possible, the need for its own existence.
