well have been away for a whie so i'll stick my 2 cents in.

Graham, i totaly realize people can be real jerks when they come on here spewing from the back end saying that there stuff dont stink and everyone else is at fault. i realize it can be a bit frustrating but i have some advice vs comming off to new readers as an angry idividual.

1. have some prepared comments for the frequently asked questions
* orbitel contract is till 2010 (or whenever)
* any changes to the external of your house, submit an architectural change request
* landscape company is
* if you see graffitti, take a picture and send it or notify us so we can handle it
* hoa rules, read them if you have not done so, it is not just for making paper airplanes.
* weeds, others violating the hoa rules.

having a prepared statement reduces the chance of you sounding like your upset or angry. if they know your angry some may try and egg you on and that just brings for wasted time on both parties.

i commend you on what your doing, i know i couldnt do it. i have enough trouble keeping my own family and work life together much less handle Senita hoa stuff. well if i quit playing video games and didnt watch so much tv i would prolly have time but thats another story.

Money isn't everything.
Everyone just thinks it is...

Good Advice wifimoocher. Graham loves getting advice. Especially about maintaining an unemotional and professional attitude online.

Oh Alan.  What would you do without 25+ smileys at your disposal.  You'd probably come off as crass and sarcastic.  Good thing a little whistling yellow face keeps you professional and level headed.
