Being that we are in contract with Orbitel through our HOA do we have a service level agreement with them? Myself and a few other have experienced numerous issues with our tv picture and internet going up and down. Before anyone jumps on me about this, I understand that tv is the only thing included. Regardless... I am curious if we have an agreement that if the do not provide the services promised what can we do about it?

I believe it only pertains to the basic cable. Internet, Digital & HD would not be included. I think my cable has only been completely out 1 or 2 times in the last 3 years.

If they do I doubt very much that any type of credit would filter down to the home owner. We didn't get a very good report on them before we moved in so we stayed with Qwest and have not had any problems with cable, internet, or phone. The other, well, we just toss it up as a loss.

We had to call them 5 of the last 7 days. Finally they figured out what the problem is with both the interent and fuzzy TV. They said they will fix it, who knows how long that will take after having to make numerous calls just to get the problem figured out. Next time it happens I will be looking into Qwest.
