Is this months HOA meeting this Wednesday?  The 4th?  I misplaced my notes from last time and can't remember if it is the 4th or the 11th.

Here is the couple of things I would like to see discussed, and other things others have asked to be discussed.

Total we paid Foley in the last year compared to what his contract was for.  Total in all monies, including any repairs or other small bills that we charged in addition to the month maintence fees.

Total we paid in legal bills for collections in back dues compared to the total we actually collected.

What will the timeframe for the meeting be?  Will there be a designated time for questions at the end?

I would like a clarification from Kriss on the additional $500 fine we charge for a cleanup.  How many times has that been collected?  How many times has he told a homeowner HE is waiving the charge?

I understand that if the meeting is only 48 hrs away, the agenda might not be able to be changed or amended.  Thanks again in advance for the work the board members are doing.

Welfare's purpose should be to eliminate, as far as possible, the need for its own existence.

Hello everyone,

First off, we would like to say thank you for your support.  We at H&N have been working as most of you know to become Senitas landscape maintenance company.  We know that we can do the job at a much lower cost to our community.  We are a local company that has to drive one mile to get to Senita where as any other company has to come from Phoenix or wherever.  At $5 per gallon for diesel, that alone equates to more money saved by using H&N.

We have submitted to the board several different proposals.  We are willing to do many extras for free such as 100 front yard cleanups.  We know that we can provide Senita with top notch service at a large savings.

All of the owners and several of our employees live in Senita, as a matter of fact between all of us we own 7 houses in phase 3.  We are here everyday, to drive through the neighborhood to make sure it looks perfect. We want to live in a beautiful community.

So that you all know, we currently maintain Maricopa Meadows, we started Desert Cedars today and we will start Acacia Crossings on July 1st.  Their boards have all compared our bids and have switched to us because they have found that we will save them thousands of dollars each year and that our service can not be beat.  We are a local company that gives back to the community.   A great deal of our money stays in Maricopa not to mention the tax revenue that the city gets from our business.

We offer personalized service, immediate response to any problem, at a lower cost.  Any contract can be cancelled upon 30 days written notice.  There is absolutely nothing to lose by trying us.  We know though that you will love what we offer the community.

Please come out to the meeting wednesday and voice your opinion to the board.  They will listen to you.  It is your neighborhood as well as ours.

Thank you all,

H&N Landscape

well put. i will be there too.

also i would like to have a vote on the new landscape company, assuming we have bids from more than one company. H&N seems fine to me, they are local, cheap, can cancel contract with 30 day written notice if need be. and above all else. licensed.

Reagan pretty much got all the finance stuff.

lets see, there is:
* section 8 discussion that was shot down last time.
* progress on landscaping the wash
* setting a shorter time frame for weeds to be cleaned up before being fined (i suggest 30 days)
* why is the additional $500 fine added for weed cleanup added but so easily removed if the ask it to be. (maybe it is for people that have more money than sense to ask about it)
* crack down on cans being left out or on sides of houses on non trash days.

thanks again and i'll be there. just have to find out when it is.

Another meeting that I will HAVE to miss (school). Maybe I had forgotten about this, but is there a way we could submit questions to the meeting for the homeowners that are absent?

Here's what I like to continue to follow up on:

1. Enforcement of front yard landscaping
2. Homeowners using blankets/bedsheets as curtains
3. Trash/Recycle bin left outside (like Wifi said)
4. Vehicles parking on streets and front yard

Just my opinion, if w have to continue to email Kriss of pictures of violations and w don't see result, then I would have to question Kriss as to whether he's doing his job. I do consider the time frame it takes for enforcement.
