I'm sure this info is buried in a box somewhere, but can someone tell me who/where I'm supposed to send my HOA dues to? Still a newbie. Thanks

Katie, not sure when you signed your docs or who your builder was, but if it was DR Horton you probably had the first 3 payments built into your closing costs. In your second or third month in the house you get payment information and a book from Ogden. If it has been longer than 60 days and you haven't heard from them, I would call them. If you have a Pulte home someone else might be able to help you as I am unfamiliar with their practices.

Same with Pulte if you bought new. If you bought a resale, foreclosure or short sale, then you need to contact the HOA and give them your information so they can send you a coupon booklet to mail in your payments or get an automatic withdrawal set up.
