If they do complain about cars in the driveway they will need to have DR HORTON make their garages just a tad larger. Our two vehicles are too long to fit in the garage. These garages are too short to pull all the way in for our cars, so I guess we will be stuck outside on the drive. If we do pull in the garage we cant walk around the two cars. Too bad DR Horton did not offer the extended 4' of gargae like Pulte does. would have made a big difference. But we DO keep our TRASH CANS hidden in the back yard and not for ALL the world to see. That just looks TRASHY if you ask me. ( Leaving your cans on the side of your garage or infront of your garage.) Put them away.

By the way, what is up the GUY on IBIS way that took so long to take his green christmas lights down, and has his garage propped open all the time and never closes it. There are chemical buckets holding it up along with a dresser and a pole. One car is almost in the street and has a cover on it. NO landscape in yet either. been living there for several months now. I think since November at least.

DR HORTON does offer the extended garage, but you have to get on the initial buy, but since yours was from a foreclosure you didn't have that luxury.  Don't be surprise if you see people still have X-mas lights on, trash/recycle bins left outside, unlandscape front yard, etc. Most of what you see are people who bring bad habits to the community.  Just report the CC&R violations to Kriss, and HOPEFULLY it will be resolved.

C&W we were not a buy from foreclosure we bought and picked everything on our model, we asked specifically about a garage extension and they said it was not available for our model.

We picked our lot and our upgrades by the way.

Sorry NateK, I mistaken you for another person's response. Don't bite my head off when I'm reading a responding to several people (was an honest mistake).

Well, thank God the people I spoke about on the 4-4-08 post have abandoned their home. They moved out overnight. They left the doors oopen and windows open. Garage is still propped up by a pole. I would put it down but it appears that they broke it. SO if I were to try to lower it , it would probably fall apart. They trashed the house. Door knobs off, doors with holes in them. Closet doors off tracks leaning on the windows. Trash cans left full in driveway. Weeds everywhere. Green Christmas Lights still up. I am going to pull the weeds today. along with the weeds by the mailboxes. They are out of control.
