DR HORTON does offer the extended garage, but you have to get on the initial buy, but since yours was from a foreclosure you didn't have that luxury. Don't be surprise if you see people still have X-mas lights on, trash/recycle bins left outside, unlandscape front yard, etc. Most of what you see are people who bring bad habits to the community. Just report the CC&R violations to Kriss, and HOPEFULLY it will be resolved. Our two vehicles are too long to fit in the garage. These garages are too short to pull all the way in for our cars, so I guess we will be stuck outside on the drive. If we do pull in the garage we cant walk around the two cars. Too bad DR Horton did not offer the extended 4' of gargae like Pulte does. would have made a big difference. But we DO keep our TRASH CANS hidden in the back yard and not for ALL the world to see. That just looks TRASHY if you ask me. ( Leaving your cans on the side of your garage or infront of your garage.) Put them away. |
