Does the board have emails from the homeowners? Sometimes, the notification could be lost amongst the junk mail we receive.

I don't mind receiving paper and email notifications.  Also, no all homeowners come on here (daily/weekly) to check on the status of the community.  Lets streamline the communication clearly.

We discussed Emails.  But not everyone has an email.  We discussed posting announcements on mail boxes, but that is not allowed by the post office.  No one likes signs.  So snail mail is pretty much the answer.  We are hoping to plan out 6-12 meetings in advance, and then sending them out in the newsletter.

I agree with the snail mail. The signs are also illegal. What is it they do in Villages....chain the sign to a pole
