Does anyone know if we are going to have another HOA meeting with the newly elected board? Maybe Kriss would be there? We haven't heard anything from Ogden, so I thought I might check here.

I thought the meeting was scheduled for March 5th at 6:30 at the Pima School. Now that you mentioned it, I haven't heard anything more. I'll try to get in touch with Kriss and see if it is on for tomorrow. It would be a waste of time if no one else have heard anything.

I called and left a message for Kriss. I can't be there either, which could have been changed with some notice. I was at the last one, but the lady from Ogden didn't seem very interested in what was going on over here. Good luck with the flu... I am on week 3 of recovery.

Thanks for the well wishing. I am only on day 3. Doctor said they caught it early enough fight it off before getting bad. I think today was just as bad, so we will see. Thanks again for your wishes. As for the lady from Ogden not really caring..... what is everyones thoughts on Kriss? He seemed very nice, but when I brought up my concerns for him to address, I got the song and dance. Like, "We don't want the first letter from Odgen to be negative." It would seem from driving around Senita they don't send out negative letters, ever. Anyone else have some thoughts?

I am amazed by the constant negativity of the people that live out here, and post on here. Something that could be phrased in a polite question, or clarified with a simple phone call ends up in some melodramatic Eyore like "No Body Cars About Me" post. My bad people, there is no meeting tomorrow. You know why? Because it wasn't announced or published. It was a simple mistake. A mistake made by one of 5 people brand new to this. The next meeting should be end of March/early April. The date will be published in a neighborhood newsletter that will be published soon. Sorry to disapoint some of the 1000+ residents here, who each have their own concerns and agendas by speaking 2 hours too early. Your "Newly Elected Board Member" -Graham

You were elected by people that didn't know anything about you but what you submitted on an application form (you know, like they have you fill out at McDonalds or Mervyns when you want a job). So let's not let your initial introductions be those of sarcasm and lack of wit. If you get my point. Have a nice day.

You misread my use of the word bad. My bad people, as in my mistake. Not my bad people, as in poeple who are bad, that belong to me. And you are absolutely correct, I was elected by people who know nothing about me. And since you don't know anything about us, why don't you cut us at least 4 weeks of slack to get our act together, before harping about a minor mistake that was fixed instantly? I know people love to hate HOA's. I never claimed to be walking in to this an expert. It's gonna take a little time to get bugs, like communication, worked out. -Graham
