Just a reminder that our next HOA meeting in on October 25th at 6:30. We will be meeting at Maricopa Elementary- it would be great to see residents getting involved in the community. Hopefully this reminder will give you plenty of time to get it on the calendar! Hope to see you there-

Alert | Has there been talk of doing some sort of community get-together so we can meet our neighbors?
Would this be something the HOA would coordinate or would it be something the community members would coordinate on their own?
Is anyone else interested? If so, would this be something we could discuss at the HOA meeting?

Alert | | Nevermind - I just checked the HOA website for the first time and saw that a fall get-together is being planned for Nov 3rd. Wouldn't you know I'm going to be out of town?! Darn! | |

Alert | Glad you found the answer! The website (www.alterrahoa.com) is going to be a great resource. Our web tech is constantly adding pages and info!!
Hopefully our first get together is a big success and we can plan future events!!
And yes, there is always time in our meetings for "homeowner comments". The board loves to hear from residents- positive and negative!
