 Alert | | I drove my child to his bus stop this a.m. and some guy came out of Alterra South at approx. 40 mph. towards Alterra Pkwy. For those who are oblivious there happens to be a bus stop on the corner across from MES!!!!! Oh and that is also the reason for the many vehicles and children standing around. Please get a clue and SLOW DOWN!!!! | |

F_A I know some guys at the dept and my other half is an officer, so we will see what we can get done. I just don't see that a sign will slow most people down. Where are you located in the north or the south part of Alterra? I get mad when I see these people speeding during school arrival and dismissal times!!! I am wanting them to start clocking people and issuing tickets. I don't want it to result in a child getting hurt or worse killed. I sit at the stop and I hate to admit, however, some of the biggest offenders are mom's going too fast with their own children in the car. There was a woman today on Alterra pkwy in a small white Nissan with a spoiler on the rear going way over the speed limit and she was taking her own child somewhere!!! CRAZY! | |

Alert | | I live on a street where its completely unecessarry to drive on it unless you live on the street. So to see people whip around the corner when my kids or the neighbors may be in the street riding their bikes etc.... | | | |
