Alert | | My husband and I have noticed a definate stench coming from the park across the street since the rains started. I noticed in some areas it looked like the sewer was over full from the hard rain and spilling back out on the street! I'm starting to worry since this is only the start of the monsoon season and already this is happening! Does anyone know if this is a "Builder" problem or a "City" problem?

Alert | That would be a city issue. Call them to report.
Oops, is it an HOA park? If so then it could be the HOA's problem.

Alert | Is it the actuall sewer or just a dry well in the park? Or is it actually in the street?
Sorry about all the confusion. If it's in the street then it is definatly the city's issue.
Good luck! | | | |

I already contacted the mgt. co. and they assured me that the grass would come back not to worry. I don't know, cuz I have not lived here long enough to see what the monsoon muddy waters can do. | | Live every day as if it were your last and smile!
