What builder is taking over and who can we contact to get these 5 foot tall weeds chopped down in the vacant unbuilt areas?

It was brought up in the last HOA meeting. H&N Landscaping was supposed to be contracted with the new owner of the empty lots. Per Jeanne, she contacted them and work was to be done the next week. So it has now been way past that time frame, so who knows what is really going on.
