 Alert | Don't forget this coming Saturday January 19th is our bi-monthly meeting with the board of directors. Any questions or concerns you may have this is the time to speak up.
10:00am - 1:00pm at the Middle School.
This meeting was posted at the mailboxes, but are no longer there.......

Alert | Thanks Again for the "1 DAY NOTICE".
How are we to plan for this meeting if we get a 1 day notice. You say that a letter was posted on the mailboxes. I've check daily never seen info on the boxes. No wouder we have low turn-outs.
Here's the 1st question: How about getting the word out in a timely manner to us.
2nd question: who won the elections for new board members. This was held in Oct. and we still haven't got any word who won. | |

I did see a flyer about 2 weeks ago posted on our mailboxes, but they are no longer there.
I also notice no announcements have been made either on 85239 nor OUR WEB-SITE (MARICOPA MEADOWS HOA)that has a calender. I thought the web-site was created to keep the Meadows informed of MEETINGS and IMPORTANT information.
We must rely on 85239 because our own Web-Site MMHOA.COM is not not living upto the committment they made to the community.
Neither the BOARD or management company have bothered to keep it updated unless they are reminded by members of the community.
Why are we paying for this web-site that is not being kept upto date. We are paying for a Web-Site that is not being properly ulitizedby the BOARD or the Management Company. Why are we paying for this?
I have taken it upon myself to notify the COMMUNITY of the meeting and I am sorry I didn't do it earlier, but I thought it was going to be posted somewhere.
We did get a News-Letter in the mail announcing the New Board Memebers, but again it was not updated on our MMHOA web-site. It still shows the old Board members.
Please don't shoot the messenger I am only traying to be helpful.

Sometimes it seems as though the HOA really don't want anyone to come to meetings or get involved. They keep saying get involved but they don't want you to get TOO involved cuz then theyd haf to answer too many questions???!!!

Alert | You are welcome Mr. Peaceful, tomorrow we should learn what the positions will be for the new Board as it was done last year in January.

No problem, I do understand your frustration...We have a Web-Site (MMHOA) that should have mention this meeting a month ago.
