Does anyone else have problems getting Pay Per View from Maricopa Broadband?  This is the second time we have ordered UFC Pay Per View from them.  I get a message saying "thank you for your order" (which means they have charged me for it) and then it plays for about a minute and then nothing, the screen goes blank.  Phone calls to MBB do not get returned and when I finally get in touch with someone 3 days later, they say they "will see about getting my charges refunded".  Last time it took 2 months for them to credit my account.  I'm just wondering if it's just us, or if anyone else has the same problem..........
