Not sure who is doing this but it is disgusting. If you are a smoker and live near the corner of Helen Ct and Alicia Ct, please go out and pick up your cigarette butts. No one wants to walk by and see that crap. First off, it is littering. Second, you are disrespecting your neighbors who have to walk by that growing pile to get to the mailbox. If you need an ashtray, just PM me and I will be more than glad to walk one down to you.
