This year (since 01/01/08) There have been 119 properties sold in Maricopa. (on the MLS)

48 were foreclosures

7 were short sales

15 were resales (Listed on the MLS by a Realtor) with no bank involvement

42 were New Homes from builders

7   were sold in Real Estate auction!

Please note that many builders don't list all of their homes on the MLS. I would estimate 150 from builders, not just 42.
