Alert | The big real estate auction really showed some reality on prices and market conditions. Small homes hung in the best, averaging 100 per sq. ft. Larger homes were in the toilet, ranging anywhere from 90-62 dollars a sq. ft. I bought a 2600 sq.ft. home for 167,000.00 plus 5% real estate commission, for a total of175,350.00

Alert | | I'd love to buy another home now but am stuck with the over inflated one we bought a year and half ago. | | They are who we thought they were!

Interesting, in this case the commission is ADDED to the sales price. | | My answer is "NO" to Q#5 and Q#1.
