Alert | | Just curious. With the market where its at Im wondering how they are going to sell all these homes they are zoning the land for. Theres still tons of communitys in the planning along Honeycutt and across from Harrahs and who knows where else. They really plan on selling all of these when every street in Copa has 5 houses for sale on it? | | Pizzaking Wasnt a member 0 posts

Alert | | In all likelihood, they'll just have to push their timetables waaaaaay back. This downturn (like the upswing that came before it) will not last forever. They'll just have to wait it out before resuming the frenetic pace of building we saw in 2004 and 2005.
