Why would they ever build right next to that stench? It's bad enough being 5 miles from it, but right next to it? I'd like to know what the appeal would be in a house that close? Who has bought in Santa Rosa Springs? <img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/sick.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Sick' align='absmiddle'>

I'm sure the liars who sell the houses told those people the feed lot would be gone within a couple of years...They did the same thing in Chandler next to the dairy, who refused to move for over ten years! They finally said enough and moved a few months ago though. All the homeowners, who knew the dairy was there when they bought, bitched and complained enough I guess.

Just the good ol' boys,
Never meanin' no harm,
Beats all you've ever saw, been in trouble with the law since the day they was born.

Straight'nin' the curve,
Flat'nin' the hills.
Someday the moutain might get 'em, but the law never will.

Makin' their way,
The only way they know how,
That's just a little bit more than the law will allow.

Just good ol' boys,
Wouldn't change if they could,
Fightin' the system like a true modern day Robin Hood.

I was just thinking about that the other night when I was driving through the big poop fog that hangs around that area for a few square miles. I highly doubt they are moving thousands of cattle anytime soon.

I hadn't seen this article before, but when I was trying to find out more information, I came across it. Pinal Feeding Co has a big deal with the biofuel company. They produce about 1200 tons of manure a day. I don't think they are going anywhere anytime soon. This is supposed to be the world's largest biofuel facility.

Incidentally, Pinal Feeding Co. is a private company and not so easy to find information on it. It's mostly through what is released in the press. 160,000 head of cattle! Whew!
