 Alert | From MSN Business: At the same time, shares of Beazer Homes (BZH, news, msgs) slumped as much as 40% as rumors flooded the market that the home builder might be filing for bankruptcy protection. Beazer, which reported a third-quarter loss and is being investigated for its sales practices, called the rumor "unfounded."
