Alert | We are about 2500 sq ft, maybe just a little shy of it. So far, this summer our bills have averaged about $200.00. We also have to AC units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, so that could be why ours is a little high!

Alert | Lucero13
We've lived in our home in the Villages for 14 months. We keep it at 80 degrees in summer, 70 in winter. It is single level, 2100 sq. ft., north/south orientation, well landscaped but no pool or grass, R-38 insulation in attic, R-25 in walls, & low-E windows. We use natural gas for furnace and water heater. The AC is 5-ton, 13 SEER.
Here's our 14 month averages:
Electric: $107.49 per month, Water/Sewer: $69.21 Gas: $31.99
Hope this helps and welcome!

Alert | LUCERO13 Welcome to Maricopa. We have a 2314 sq.ft. one story, 4 bdrm, 2bth house. Our electric with the AC set at 83, would be around the low $200.00 range. Water will usually average about $70.00. Gas, was really low in the summers, but would get high in the winters! Uhm, HOA depends on your subdivision area. Alert | Oh yeah, the electric was in the low $200.00 during the summer, in the winter, it would be anywhere from $80-100 depending on how many holiday parties we threw | | "Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent." -Marilyn vos Savant
