Thanks Drummer, I am super excited to be here. Speaking of paint, I dont think I ever want to see another paint brush as long as I live.

What part of Glennwilde?

Yes, it is Centex. I love the house so far, I hope it stays that way. Everyone at Centex was great. They really want to help you and dont just do it because they have to. Everyone I dealt with was amazing. I have nothing mean or unhappy to say about them at all. They made the purchase of my first house super simple and exciting.

And I got a spec home so I got a screaming deal on it. It was meant to be, everything just fell into place like it does when something is just right, God's timing!

We are in the Standard Pacific Homes. From all the research I've done, Standard Pacific and Centex are some of the best builders with great customer service. Let's see if they both survive the housing slump!

As far as Centex is concerned, I became familiar with Dave, Field Superintendent.  Now, he's relocated to Queen Creek due to some layoffs Centex had.  I have some straggling issues, but not very major.  Now with him being gone I forget who my "goto" person is about that stuff.

On another note, did  you guys get the notice from HOA about Pool C being closed.  Which one is that?  Not to mention, where is A and B?

Your new "goto" person will be Dustin, I have his cell phone number somewhere. I will see if I can dig it up.
I did not get a notice about a pool being closed

One of the pools is on Allen Stevens right across from Willow (I think) anyway it is right near there. The other pool is a bit confusing to explain but you can always go into the sales office and they will show you how to get there on their big maps of the neighborhood.

I was unawair of a pool C and I also did not get the notice from the HOA. Guess I will go check out the HOA website.

Hi Kids,

I'm a soon-to-be-neighbor of all of you. I have a house in Willow that's supposed to be done in September. It's my first house, pretty excited about that.

Was wondering if anyone on here owns the Shenandoah model, and if they could tell me what their approximate utilities are per month so I have an idear??

I love how friendly everyone seems... excited to be moving to that kind of environment.

Cheers
Chad
