We own one. We have never bought a new house before so no experience to compare it too. I am pleased with how the house is built and I have had no problems with getting them to fix some of the issues that needed addressing during the 60 day follow up. If i recall correctly, follow ups are 60 days, 11 mo, and 22 mo. The ranch style homes in Silver Oak have a nice sized backyard. Any other specific info feel free to let me know.

I purchased a Morrison last June and have been living in it since. My closing papers and everything actually went amazingly fast, I found the house I wanted on Sunday and was actually moving in with everything said and done with the next friday (yes I am talking about 5 days total) So I know that they can kick some major butt if they are willing to make the sale.

I did get a pretty good deal on my house but I also had to muscle them quite a bit to get it, it was not offered to me how I purchased it.

One thing that I didnt like was that the house was not 100% as it should have been before I moved in: not cleaned / paint issues here and there / door stopper and door shutting issue / front door key not working. Few minor things that were fixed after I moved in.

I have used some in home warrenty once since I have been in and I called reporting some wall cracking / microwave issue / front door lock / and doorbell issue. Within 48 hours I had an appliance / electritian / painter / locksmith at my house fixing all the issues that had gone wrong. Then they sent a Morrison rep over to make sure it was all fixed up to par with my standards. This was very impressive and nice to see a good response out of them.

Other than that I cannot complain with my Morrison, they have been building extremely fast, when I moved in I was the 2nd house on the block and now the entire block is houses and only about 6-7 are not inhabited by people.

I bought a Morrison Home in Chandler in 2003 for about 189,000 and sold it in 2005 for 516,000. I have owned a lot of homes. I would by a Morrison home again without hestitation. The workmanship and customer service was the best I have ever seen.

Well we bought a home. It is a Centex. Now there is a builder. Warranty is far superior to the Morrisson we were looking at and just seems better built. Maybe I'm a little bias...lol
