Has anyone ever met this Barbara Simser? Is she at the meetings? I have to get involved in the next meeting. I hope they announce it soon.
I have tried to get a hold of Barbara Simser several times on different occasions and her phone always goes directly to voice mail. They give you 602-957-9191 to get a hold of her but when you don’t or can’t everyone else in the office is rude and useless. Her direct line is 602-288-2618, try it she won’t answer. Straight to voicemail every time.
It’s funny if you call and complain I think they start hitting you with more notices. I had called and complained one time and they asked me my property number. I gave them one of my neighbors. A few months later that neighbor asked me I the HOA had been sending me a bunch of warning letters. I had not. They had gotten 8. Anyone else had anything like this happen?

Alert | Barbara is at all the HOA meetings. Try her by email she always responds fairly quickly to me anyway.
Yes do get involved.
