I'm not sure how many of you are ever in the southwest corner of our neighborhood, but hubby and I were walking on Saturday morning and saw that the street light at Roosevelt and Edison had been hacked off at the top. The light pole is still there, but the light is gone! We called the HOA to let them know, and they are aware of it. But it won't get replaced anytime soon because the city wants $15,000 to fix it!

I'm walking 60 miles over three days in the Arizona Breast Cancer 3-Day because everyone deserves a lifetime!

This in is an issue the developer left in our laps. There wasn't even a pole there for awhile then one got put up but no light. There has never been a light there. I would imagine when the city develops the area back there we will get a light.

Oh they also put the pole up with no electricity running to the area at all! How moronic is that?

We couldnt do that! Seriously, how would the HOA be able afford to send us all letters telling us our garbage can is out too long(tuesday morning)? OK, maybe we should.
