I am currently seeking a new church now that I have Sundays off. Does anyone want a buddy to visit new churches with or have any suggestions as to what church to try?

Check out New Hope Pentecostal Church. You can call Pastor Leanos @ (623) 398-6064, or email him at info@newhopwupc.net, for more information. We would love to see you! God bless you!

Leanos,

I live here in Maricopa, and attend a UPCI church in Higley. Do you know if there are any plans to have a UPCI church in Maricopa???

Thanks,

<--- Still looking...

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

Sis T, there is a church currently in the works of growth for Maricopa... I do know that there is also one in Casa Grande as well. Do you attend Abundant Life UPC out there in Higley? What is the drive time to church from Maricopa, for you?

I have been to a handful of the churches in the area, all of them filled with some fabulous people. My family chose to make Oasis Life Church our home and we love it. I am friends with a lot of other people from several area churches and they love their church bunches too. I suggest trying a few til you find the want that God wants you to connect with. While we would adore having you at Oasis life church, we are happy to see our brother and sisters connect with any of the great churches in our community. You are welcome to PM me if you have any specific questions, or you can check out our website at http://www.oasislifechurch.org/ Have a blessed day!

How about a Roman Catholic church? Is there such a church in Maricopa?

Yes

Our Lady of Grace is across the street from the High School. It is right next to the LDS church.

Hi,
Have you thought about donating your time to help those in need? I'm sure the local women's shelter would have need of your help or perhaps Meals on Wheels or perhaps tutoring a child or...

rwalick,
I work in the social services industry and often do donate my time to organizations. Thats why this thread was about church and not where to volunteer.
